The agreement between you and Salomé Atelier when you book a chair through this site.
Booking the chair
When you book through this site you enter into a service agreement with Salomé Atelier. We will hold your slot from the moment you receive a confirmation by email.
A 48-hour cancellation window is required for a full credit. Inside 24 hours, half of the service price is charged. We are a small atelier — your slot is real, please honour it.
Pricing & payment
Prices on the site are in INR and include applicable taxes. The price you see at the time of booking is the price you pay, save for add-ons agreed in the chair.
Card payments are processed by our payment partner under their PCI-DSS terms. We do not store full card details.
The 48-hour guarantee
If a nail breaks or the polish chips through normal wear within 48 hours, return to the atelier and we will repair it without charge. The guarantee covers our workmanship — it does not extend to damage caused by accidents.
Conduct in the atelier
We keep a quiet, private chair. We ask for the same in return. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose conduct makes other guests uncomfortable.
Liability
We use professional, hypoallergenic products compliant with applicable standards. If you have a known allergy, please tell us before the appointment.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page is always the current version. Existing bookings are governed by the terms in force when they were made.
Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Haryana.
