Salomé Atelier operates this site and the booking system. Our office is in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to give you a calm, accurate booking experience.
- Identity — name, phone, email when you create an account or book.
- Appointment data — services chosen, the artist, the date, any notes you add.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
- Technical — anonymous device, browser and IP, used only for security and basic analytics.
Why we use it
Where it lives
Personal data is stored on servers within India with our hosting partner. Backups are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job, and we keep an internal log.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Retention
Account data — kept while your account is active, deleted within 90 days of closure.
Booking history — 7 years (Indian tax law).
Marketing preferences — until you unsubscribe.
