Fills vs Full Set: What You’re Actually Booking
A common confusion. A full set is the first application, where I build the extension from your bare nail. A fill (or infill) is the maintenance visit two to three weeks later, where I file back the grown-out product, tidy the regrowth at the cuticle, and rebalance the nail without removing everything.
With consistent fills, the same set carries on for months. You are not paying for a brand-new set each time. This is the part people miss when they assume extensions are a recurring full-price expense. What Shortens the Lifespan
Here is where I am going to be honest, because removals never lie. When a set comes off early, I can almost always read why. The usual culprits:
1. Prep that was rushed
The single biggest factor is the work done before any gel touches the nail. If the nail plate is not properly dehydrated, the cuticle area not cleanly prepped, and the right primer not used, the product lifts no matter how good it looks on day one. 2. Your aftercare

A graphic designer at a keyboard and a new mother washing bottles all day will not get the same wear from an identical set. Hands-on jobs, gym chalk, gardening, and constant sanitiser all matter. None of this is a flaw in you, it is just information I use to recommend the right system and shape.
4. Hyderabad’s humidity and the monsoon
This is real and local. During the monsoon and through our humid stretches, moisture works against the bond at the edges. Heat and sweat soften skin around the nail, and water lingers.
